Vestry Hall, Pancras Road, N.W.,

29th March, 1899.

This is to certify

That Mr. Malcolm Grice entered the service of the Vestry in June, 1892, as Sanitary Inspector, which position he has now resigned.

That he came to the Vestry with excellent testimonials, and during the time he has been in the service he has proved himself to be an efficient and energetic Officer, and has carried out the duties allotted to him in an intelligent manner; and to the entire satisfaction of the Authority.

That his duties have been those prescribed by the Public Health (London) Act 1891, the Sanitary Officers (London) Order 1891, and the Bye-laws and Regulations of the Vestry.

That he has also acted as Inspector under the Sale of Food and Drugs Act.

That he is an efficient draughtsman and has a thorough and complete knowledge of Sanitary Science and matters relating to Public Health and the administration of the various Acts appertaining thereto.

That the Vestry are pleased to hear of his advancement and wish him every success in his future career.
